Our products are shipped from various locations and while not all our suppliers provide tracking numbers when shipping globally, you can rest easy knowing you are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Please be aware that your item may take between 15 and 45 days to arrive, depending on where it is shipped from and to.

Please do not panic if your purchase does not arrive immediately, we promise it is on its way!

Here are some common questions we are asked:

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free global shipping on all items, all day, every day.

How long does will it take for my order to arrive?

This depends on the product ordered, where it is shipped from and where we are shipping it to.

Items will generally arrive between 15 and 45 days from the date of purchase.  

Tracking numbers will be provided when available.

I ordered two or more items but have only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

When you order multiple items in one order, they may be shipped separately if coming from different suppliers. Please do not panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. We promise they are on their way!

Why have I not received an email confirmation of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping notice by email, unless you have accidentally entered your email address incorrectly.

If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix it for you.
