FAQ + Shipping Info
We have arranged contracts with many suppliers around the globe so we can bring fantastic gifts to you and the people you love. We love to search the globe high and low for the coolest, cutest, most stylish, fashionable, quirky, exotic and quality products being created.
So we have partnered with jewelry designers, merchants and manufacturers around the globe to bring you the best treasures at wholesale rates direct from the people that create them, which means YOU SAVE BIG TIME :) :)
It also means that some orders are shipped from global areas, not all of our suppliers provide tracking numbers when shipping globally however we cover this with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Because we ship directly from our partners across the globe, your item may take 15 - 45 Days to arrive,it purely depends on how far it must travel to where you live :)
Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)
- How much is shipping?
- We ship globally so depending on your country and which designer we are shipping from of course this varies slightly.
- We keep shipping as low as possible, we charge no extra it is just the small cost to get things around the world.
- I think most people understand of course shipping gets cheaper for multiple items, it's just as easy for the postal service to deliver 2 or 3 items as it is for 1 item, so you can take advantage of grabbing lots of gifts with very little extra in shipping.
- How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- This depends on the product ordered, where it is shipped from and where we are shipping it to.
- Items will usually always arrive with in 15 - 45 days

- I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
- When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately if coming from different designers. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
- Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. You should receive an order conformation and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
